What do we do?

Ixpress is a platform that matches you to a nearby driver to complete your delivery.

Who are our drivers and riders?

They are certified drivers and riders from our community who have signed up with us.

What makes Ixpress efficient?

We do not take a commission from the sales. 100% of the sales goes to the drivers. Drivers are more willing and eager to complete your deliveries. Which translates to higher acceptance and performance rate.

How does Ixpress mantain this application and what is our cause?

Most companies earns from commission. That adds up hundreds to thousands of dollars of hard earned money being deprived per month to the driver. We charge only $1-$2 per day or just $30-$60 per month to the driver to maintain our application.

What does Ixpress have to offer? Why should you choose us?

We are providing a service to help Singaporeans to earn a better living and at the same time provide you, our customer a competitive rate with quality services. Removing company commission will mean that drivers who signed up with us will earn 20%-40% more than normal.

How do i place an order?

You can place your order at our booking form

How do i know the price of my delivery?

When you fill up the booking form you will see a summary of the total price of your order. Or you can calculate the price before booking your order.

What if there are no drivers who accept my order?

You can retry with the same amount of the order or add a tip to increase your chances to match with a driver

My order is assigned to a driver. How do i track my order?

A tracking link will appear in the form where you can track your order. This link will also be sent to you via email.

I need to make some changes / contact the driver on my delivery. How do i do this?

If you need to make changes of your delivery order such as pick up timing etc. Just use your mobile phone and click on the tracking link given to you via email and sms. The contact number of the driver can be seen from the tracking page.

My driver has not arrived yet?

The service level you choose will reflect the pick up and delivery timing. It does not mean that you choose item is ready for pick up at 11am the driver will arrive at 11am sharp at your location. For example if you choose same day by 5pm the pick up will be between the available pick up time and 3pm and the item will be delivered by 5pm. Please see the pick up and delivery timings in this FAQ section below.

I tried booking but there was no tracking link provided

If you booked an order and the timer ends. You are suppose to see a tracking link or retry / tip button. If you do not see any of these it means the web browser you are using is not compatible. Please try again with a different browser.

I’m not sure if a driver is assigned and if the order is confirmed

If you are able to track your order it means your order is confirmed.

I would like to rate on a driver for his great/poor performance. How do i do this?

Go back to the tracking page once delivery is completed and you will be able to comment and rate on his performance. All comments and reviews will be taken seriously.

Deliver by 5pm next day

Your goods will be delivered to your destination by 5pm on the next day. Collection will be made before 5pm. Available pick up timing must be 12pm or earlier

Deliver by 5pm same day

Your goods will be delivered to your destination by 5pm on the same day. Collection will be made before 2pm. Item must be ready for pick up at 12pm or earlier

Deliver by 10pm same day

Your goods will be delivered to your destination by 10pm on the same day. Pick up will be before 8pm. Items must be ready for pick up 4pm or earlier

Deliver within 5 hours

Your goods will be delivered within 5 hours from the available pick up timing (Example. Pick up available at 3pm chosen, delivery will be completed by 8pm)

Deliver within 3 hours

Your goods will be delivered within 3 hours from the available pick up timing (Example. Pick up available at 3pm chosen, delivery will be completed by 6pm)

Deliver within 90-120 mins

Your goods will be delivered within 90-120 minutes from the available pick up timing (Example. Pick up available at 3pm chosen, delivery will be completed by 5pm)

Deliver within 60-90 mins

Your goods will be delivered within 60-90 minutes from the available pick up timing (Example. Pick up available at 3pm chosen, delivery will be completed by 4.30pm)

2 way delivery by 6pm

Your goods will be delivered to your destination and an additional return trip to you by 6pm on the same day. There will be no specific timing for collection or delivery. Available pick up time must be 12noon or earlier

2 way delivery within 3 hours

Your goods will be delivered to your destination and an additional return trip to you within 3 hours upon pick up timing on the same day. (Example. Pick up available at 3pm chosen, collection, delivery and return trip will be completed by 6pm)
